where can baby sleep?

we dont have room in our room for a bassinet or rock n play. and its not safe to put baby in the same bed with us. can he sleep in his crib (in the nursery) from day one? its right next to our room and of course we'd have baby monitors.

im just wondering what some other moms have done? ill be breast feeding and i know it's probably easier to have him in our room but space wise it just wouldnt work.

He can, you'll just be exhausted from getting up so much lol

Yes that's fine I know lots of moms who did that. It's my plan as well. Better to have them in the crib than a rock and play anyway.

I did that and my boy is a wonderful sleeper. He's 3 now.

He definitely can. I'm keeping my baby in my room with me because I've heard just the smell and presence of mom can be comforting. Plus I don't want to have to get up, walk down the hall, get him up, feed him, walk back down the hall and back to bed. I'll be fully awake at that point. You can get little bassinet time things that you can put in your bed. Theyre compact but firm and you won't be able to roll over on baby.

They make bassinets for in bed with you and your SO. might be something that could work for you. Just as someone said, you may be more interested in Baby being near than having to go to the nursery so many times each night.
