Hyperemesis Gradvidarum

So ladies I'm 15 weeks pregnant and will be 16 weeks Thrusday so I found out last week at my 15 week appt that I have HG and ladies let me tell you I feel like dying I can't eat, drink anything and I have extra salvia since I found out I was pregnant back in July but the funny thing is that I researched myself and found out about HG and told my doctor that I knew I had this because everything else she suggested and prescribed was not working then she goes on to tell me that I she knew I might have it she just wanted to weight out all the other options so I researched on YouTube about women suffering from this and they took Dicgelis and I told her I wanted to take this so she gave me some trials to take and so far so good the only thing now is that I'm having a lot of gas like real bad gas pains for instance my back hurts and I start to sweat and feel like I'm about to faint and my stomach gets real hard for about 25-30 minutes and then once I let it out it goes away so I want to know and ladies that took dicgelis have any side effects and how did you like it ?
