does having a previous ectopic make you high risk pregnancy?

Hey guys!! I am TTC for my 3rd baby.. I did have an ectopic last year with a ruptured tube which resulted in the removed of my left ovary and tube.. my question is if I get pregnant again would this pregnancy be considered high risk or no?!?!
