38 weeks

I have an ultrasound on Monday because during my last check up my ob couldn't tell if baby was still head down. He was at my previous appointment before that as well as I was 1cm and 50%. But yesterday she couldn't confirm his position and I had worked backwards to 0.

Would it still be safe to try to make myself go into labor or should I just wait?
