birth control

I'm thinking about changing birth control I'm currently on the depo and have been on it for over a year and not having my period very much at all! And I don't have a sex drive anymore either! I'm thinking about switching to either the NuvaRing or the patch! Any advice? Either one you liked more than the other? On the nuvaring any suggestions on putting it in? On the patch where did you put it that worked best for you?
