Spit ups and Vomiting Question
My baby is 3 weeks old and Im EBF. After feeds most of time she spits up and sometimes she vomits a good amount of milk maybe the size of the palm of the hand, sometimes even more than that and is very watery. Is this normal or should I be concern?
