Am I going crazy?

Okay here me out. I think my two month old son is teething. It feels like its way to early and i dont feel teeth but there are two white spots further up on his gums. He is chewing on his fists constantly and biting my fingers hard enough that it hurts. He will try and chew on my nipple if I leave him on too long. And He has been fussier .... am i going crazy or could he be teething?
