Juice for LO?

My LO is 5 months. When is it okay to start giving them juices such as apple juice? He already eats stage 2 purred baby food. Thank you ladies in advance for the input😊😊

My LO is 5 months and I give her 1-2 oz of apple-prune juice every day to help with constipation. But if it weren't for that, I wouldn't give her any. I don't mean to give her much juice when she's older either. It's really not that healthy. When she's a year old and weaned off bottles, she'll mostly be drinking water.

They never really need juice-it's all sugar. But I guess 6+ months? That's what I have on my food chart. Wejust  started solids.

I don't think they start drinking juice until closer to year, but my pediatrician did say that when was daughter had a stomach virus and was dehydrated that I could give her some diluted juice or pedialite to get some fluid in her

I think not until there like a year old. Its not very good for them.
