Anyone else too scared to wear a tampon?

I am 21 and I still haven't had the courage...where is my life going??

I'm 15 and use tampons due to heavy bleeding and the amount of sport I do. I promise you it's really nothing to be scared about and after a while you forget it's there. Plus, no mess and no stains.

When I was in army training we had to show this 20 year old girl how to use a tampon. It really isn't bad, they're all I use now

Two of my best friends are both 22, and haven't ever used tampons, they're afraid too. My mom taught me how the first day of my first period, so that I wouldn't grow up afraid of them
