ecstasy in food?

This may be a little off question I would assume no but I want to hear other opinions. Is their any food that contain ecstasy ? I'm just so confused as to why my doctors at the time I gave birth a month ago to my son would tell me that I had ecstasy in my system. For 9 months of carrying my son I've been in the house, dropped all my friends, so I had no friends, family members that live in my house don't do drugs & I didn't go no where unless it was family oriented. A hour after I gave birth to him the doctors come in my room & tell me that I had ecstasy in my system and then proceeded to tell me they informed Dysfs and a lady was going to see me about this opened case now. I made them give me a drug test and they gave my son one and both came back negative. But that didn't mean anything to them they told me I could've did it hours before I went into labor. I know for sure I didn't do any type of drugs or even take any medication other than my prenatals. I'm a first time mother and I was 38 weeks when I gave birth to him. I know I wouldn't dare put his life at danger. My dyfs case worker told me that my drug test the first time I came in the hospital when my water broke wasn't negative or positive. So either way she had to go to my house and check the living conditions that he was going to be staying in which was great. it would've been closed after that but because I told her I was a former smoker ( smoked twice in one month in my life) she had to make me go see another lady who was gonna make me answer all these questions that she had for me & it would determine if I'm fit to take care a child. After I done that I had to do three random drug tests once a week for 3 weeks. I passed them and now I'm just waiting on my letter to let me know my case is closed. But I feel so lost still. Why would this happened to me? I've done everything right for 9 months never even thought about smoking while or after being pregnant. How could a hospital do this to me??
