morning sickness??

went to planned parenthood Monday and took a test and came back positive they told me I should go buy some prenatal vitamins so I did and Monday-Tuesday I took them around 4:00pm and this morning I actually took it early around 6:50am , I almost missed the bus so I had to run for at least 2 minutes so I wouldn't miss the bus , I finally got on the bus & I was out of breath so I drank some water and 5 mins later started to feel sick actually felt like throwing up .. I actually threw up when I got to the school around 7:50am but it was just a little bit .. I was wondering if it was morning sickness or it was the prenatal...what do you guys think??
