Reaction to meds? Advice please!?

I started taking Lexapro about a month and a half ago. Started with a 5mg but since I've moved to 10mg (once a day in the morning), I've broken out into itchy red sores ALL over my arms, back, chest, face, and slowly spreading to hips and legs. These pictures were from earlier in the week. I have an appointment with my doctor on Monday, but I can't go to job interviews with my skin looking like I've done meth my whole life. And it's gotten worse since these pictures
