How do you handle Santa, the Tooth Fairy, Easter Bunny, etc in your household?

I'm 33 weeks pregnant and don't know whether I want to play the Santa, Tooth Fairy, Easter Bunny game with my kids or not. My parents played the game with my siblings and I. I figured out early on that none were real but it didn't have an affect on me. My twin sister, however, had to be sat down by our parents and told that Santa specifically wasn't real at the age of 11. It broke her heart. And she was a crab that Christmas and the few that followed after.

Do you let your kids believe in these myths? Or do you tell them the truth? How do you (or will you) deal with breaking the truth to them? If you don't play these games with them, how is the holidays (and losing teeth) like at your house?
