HELP asap!

Okay so my daughters father doesnt help with the following: changing diapers..ever. Feeding her.. once a week. Plays with her only when its convenient and people are around. Does not ever give give her tylenol or use the bulb whens shes sick or washes her bottles or clothes. Does not give her baths i do it. I sanitize and put things away. When shes fussy i have to be the soother he wont do it she just gets handed back. Ge wont hold her so i can eat or shower and if he does he complains. I feel like im losing my mind. I basically am just a single parent and he said all i have to do is ask if i need help and when i do im rejected... what would you ladies do???
