Bd problems

My bd don't help me at all he is 25 years old dating a 17 or 18 year old not sure he has another baby with another female and I'm thinking on putting him on child support but he threaten me to show a picture of me doing rather not say it's not alcohol it's not weed it's something else. to a social worker or court I'm scared they might take my baby away . I had processed the papers for child support but what do u suggest to wait or put him on child support now?

I haven't drinked or done anything in months I'm clean and I work and I'm a great mother.
