29+3 pregnant and blood...

I went for a wee and there was the tiniest bit of bright red blood. I shaved about three hours ago but didn't feel like I cut myself at all. Can't see a cut or anything... would it still be bright red and on the tissue from a cut from shaving? Surely that would of dried on my underwear by now??
