Still doesn't feel real!

I'm 4 weeks a 5 days pregnant. It still doesn't feel real to me!!! Lol it took 2 years to get my BFP. I only have one symptom and thats mild cramping but that it. My first doctos appointment isnt for another week. I feel like I have to keep looking at my pregnancy tests to remind myself that there is a baby in there! Lol does anyone else feel this way?? I got my positive 2 days before AF and I rested the next day just to make sure!
