WHAT is this?!?😑😳

I think I've started my period after my miscarriage last month, but I'm not sure. For a second I thought maybe I was pregnant again. This cycle was delayed and I expected it to be heavy but it isn't, at all. It has no real flow. I have been relativey nauseous for about two days now, I have an awful headache that makes me very dizzy, my breast are extremely sore and full, also fatigue. I don't usually have issues during my cycle with the exception of cramps which are absent at the time. Help please.
