No period yet?

Ok so my last period was the 22-27 of September and I'm now a week late I took just a cheap pregnancy test and it was negative but I shouldn't be this late it usually comes on time. My fiance and I due to work and life and kids haven't been intimate but may 2 or 3 times a month here recently but we know it'll change once we get things done. But should I take another test or just wait a little longer? We had sex last night and usually that'll make me have my period like the next day but nothing. Any suggestions?
