bad mother?

Am I a bitch for making my partner put our baby to sleep? 
She was fast asleep and I was going to put her to bed but he wanted to hold her and now she is awake and crying so I cracked it as he then went off to let me handle it! So I said "you sort it out" and he said "why are you so angry for?" Am I a bad mum for doing that?

I always tell whoever wakes her up has to put her back to sleep when she is in a bad mood. If they can't handle it they will know better next time than to wake them up.

Nope, I'd do the same thing. Especially if I'd warned him before hand. I've already told him that when he comes home from work at 6 or 7am when he works nights, and he wakes her up since he slams around when he gets home... he can put her back to sleep.

It's mainly a threat to hope that he will stop being so darn loud and wake me up lol but the principal will apply even on his days off

Not at all. A baby is a shared responsibility, end of story.
I tried to tell my husband that on the days he works, I'll handle our son, because he needs sleep, he looked at me like I was crazy and was like, "he's both of ours. It's not fair to you to do it alone."
So, yeah. Husband agrees, shares responsibility even if he's exhausted.

Nah, if the baby was sleeping and ready for bed and my hubby woke him up, I'd let him put him back to sleep. All good! You're not being a bitch, it's reasonable lol

Whenever my husband does that or even thinks about it... I tell him "If you wake her, you put her to sleep." He usually puts her to sleep or I would bite his head off. I wouldn't get mad the first time if I didn't give him a warning beforehand but if I did, it's fair game. Lol But, No! you're not bad.

I certainly wouldn't be rude about it to my husband unless he was doing things like slamming doors, cabinets, stomping around, etc. him asking to hold her is such a cute thing for a daddy to do... Just wanting to watch his baby girl sleep. She woke up, so teach him how to get her back to sleep. I can't wait to teach my husband! The other day we were putting clothes away & there were holiday themed outfits with santa's and pumpkin's on the hiney...he says "so does santa go on the butt or the bird?" It's SO adorable he has the desire to learn everything he needs to take care of our daughter. Today I was in her room again and he just came in and laid on the floor and told me we have to start painting soon. Cherish these moments!
