period 10 days late- pregnancy test negative. Any guesses?

Gonna take another pregnancy test in morning. But till then- any guesses what's going on? (Ruling out pregnancy)

If your ruling out pregnancy then it could also be estrogen levels off I went to my gyno today haven't had my period since June I'm irregular so I expect to skip a month or two not 4 so she's running a pelvic exam  just to make sure everything is ok and start me on contraceptives to regulate me back to having periods.

Update: still haven't started period! Not pregnant. Nothing's changed in couple months. Pretty routine. No real stress. I'm stumped.

It could be stress.. I know my period got delayed during a time where I was supper stressed due to school
