white spots on nipples ??

Question

I have tiny white spots on the tips of my nipples . Everywhere I've looked there saying it's my breasts preaparing for breast milk .. took a test yesterday BFN .. AF due the 3rd 
Could it be very early signs of pregnancy?? Or what else is is

I would randomly have those before or after or even during my period...but idk if it could be pregnancy signs if your actually pregnant haha..but the white stuff on my nipple can actually be taken off with my fingers like when i take a black head out of my skin, but idk if yours are like that😶

Honestly, I've had those since puberty. Pregnant and non pregnant. I've never heard of it as a pregnancy symptoms but we're all different. Not out till AF shows. Good luck sweetie!
