does this happen to anyone else during pregnancy?

When I lie down too soon after eating I get this horrible pain in my chest and back. I'm hoping it's not my heart since it happens only when I do this. I'm hoping it's gas 😭 it's only happened since I reached my second trimester and on.

I get heartburn as well and its horrible it makes me throw up sometimes .😔It only happens when I eat cheese, spicy food or drink milk .

I get heartburn so bad after I eat I feel like I'm going to pass out or throw up or something. Try drinking some milk or eating tuna after you eat and see if it helps.

You could just super full of food AND baby. You're body doesn't exactly have the extra room for all that lol if you're still really concerned called your doc :)
