There are blood tests like maternit21 that tests for chromosome disorders around 11 weeks that has a side benefit of telling you the gender of your baby.  Otherwise,  you will have to wait til ~20 weeks for the anatomy scan.

Depends on your OB and when you get Ultrasounds. There are ppl who pay for blood test or a third party scan to find out early. But a general answer would be when you get the anatomy scan of baby at 18-20 wks.

16/18 weeks for a confirmation. Anything earlier is an educated guess because the gentials are not fully formed till then.
At 12/13 they'll give you a maybe on the gender, but they can't be certain at all.
