Hospital Bag

At what week should you start packing your hospital bag? I'm 31weeks some of my pregnancy apps are telling me it's time to start packing a hospital bag I didn't with my first till around 36 weeks ended up getting induced at 37 I had everything I needed then though this time I've yet to get everything I need im waiting till after my baby shower that I have no idea when it's going to be planned my fiancées sister is suppose to have one for me but he told me weeks ago I don't talk to her I'm not close to any of his family he really isn't either they live an hour away also still waiting on a car seat that his mom said she would buy but hasn't said nothing about it yet. I feel like I only have a few weeks left and I'm not going to have anything ready I dono what to do.
