is this a positive ?

This is my friends test. I did post in the faint lines forum as well but didn't get much results. Just wondering what you ladies think. She has been TTC for 3 years now. She said the line went away after a few minutes. And it does looks very positive from a distance. But then I look close up and im scared it may be the urine mark sixne the test wasn't dry yet. Please tell me you ladies see a positive she's been wanting this for so long. And she's so excited.
