Sperm question

HI everyone, I had IUI 12 days past. During insemination , my husband's semen report showed that " Grade 2". Motility in prewashed . They didn't mention postwash grade. Postwash results-Sperm count is 12 million, motility- 75percent. They didn't tell the grade of sperm after Postwash. So my doubt is, will sperm grade change during sperm wash? With grade2 sperm , can I concieve after IUI
