Spotting with Plan B

So i had unprotected sex saturday and took the plan b pill monday and just today i started like bleeding but its not necessarily a flow. Because im still like 2 weeks away from my period so it cant be that. Ik one of the symptoms can be spotting i just want to make sure thats what it is:( any comments?
