Do you take your pump to the hospital with you?

Or will you not need it cause baby will just nurse from breast?

Most hospitals have ones for you to use there. Mine told me not to bring my own but I do plan to take one flask just to have the lactation consultant check the size.

With my first they gave me a pump to use if she didn't nurse well for a feeding.

I'm not brining mine, you'll be nursing so much you won't need the pump. Half the stuff you bring to the hospital you don't end up needing and it's just more to haul home. Lol I'm going low key this time.

I'm bringing mine but not to use. I'm going to have the lactation look at mine and make sure it fit my breast correctly.

I was told they provide them. However, one woman mentioned once that they will help you learn how to use it correctly. So I plan to bring mine anyways. I was impressed that the hospital sends home the pieces you use of their pump and that they fit the Medela.

I'm not, I haven't bought mine yet either. I think you really need it once you start leaving the baby with someone else? Also the hospital might have them, could be worth checking so you don't have to pack everything.
