Found out today that I'm pregnant

Found out today that I'm pregnant... Not sure how to feel. I already have an 8 month old son, and financially kind of struggling. I'm totally scared about the future now. I'm scared of what my family and my SO's family will think. How my son will feel. How my life will be with two babies at 20 years old. Im scared to go through pregnancy again. I'm pretty sure I'm keeping the baby, I just found out tonight so me and my SO haven't exactly discussed it but I think I can do it sure but is it the right time with everything thats happened and going on? I love my son and my boyfriend, and he loves me and my son. My anxiety right now is through the roof and I feel like I could just cry bc I'm terrified that I can't actually do it. Support or advice would be appreciated!
