Csection/ VBAC now aiming for a home birth any advice?

Hello ladies Im attempting a home birth this Is my 3rd pregnancy not including my losses , my first child was a Csection due to me not being able to dilate fast enough for the hospital , and my second was a VBAC, however I had to be induced and was stricken to the bed, so I had no choice but to get the epidural becuase I could not move and try different positions to ease my pain.

This time around I am hoping I can successfully complete a home birth or a unassisted birth becuase this will be my last baby, my body doesn't go into labor naturally (that's what I was told, that's why I always have to get induced)

Any advice for this mom? Anyone had a Csection then VBAC and now attempting a home birth? Did you succeed?

Well since you had a vbac you should have no problem finding a midwife. I'm having a home birth in a day or 2 (early labor now). I recommend a water birth, I've been in the tub a few times and it helps with contractions so much. Midwife's will be more lenient and relaxed during your pregnancy. Midwife will tell you natural ways to help prepare your body for labor. Like at 37 weeks you can drink red raspberry leaf tea (some midwives like mine let me drink it throughout with no problem), also evening primrose oil oil at 36-37 weeks to help soften your cervix for dilation.

This will be my first attempt at a home birth..my first baby was vaginal, also induced. 2nd was preterm vagina, 3rd was twins by c section....also premature.
If i can go full term, i AM doing a homebirth!! Im very determined 💖 but also scared. Im going to go unassisted due to lack of funds of being able to hire a midwife. I will be having a doula..and i have and am continuing to educate myself on any possible issues..we only live like 5 minutes from the hospital so if need be we will go. But im confident 😊
