I am 39 weeks and 4 days I'm due November 2nd

I'm in tears right now because my back is killing me In the lower part and I'm having off and on pains in my abdominal on the left side is this normal ?

Sounds like back labor or my Dr said it can be the baby's head "sunny side up". Try getting on all 4's on your bed and put your head on your pillow and you stick your butt up in the air. That will move the baby and should give you some relief!
