IMPLANT REMOVAL

Okay girls, I had my implant removed after having it in for 9 months. I only got 2 really long periods during those 9 months. I've had it out for a month now and still haven't got a period back? My last period was about 4 months before I got it removed. I had what I believe was ovulation mucus, really thick and tinge of brown. And that was about 2 weeks ago and still no period. Should I be worried I might be pregnant? Really bad pooing, pains in the belly, headaches, should I be taking a test? Is it normal for it to take this long for my period to come back?
