Products for boobs NOT breastfeeding?

I know there are products for if you are breast feeding but what about if you're not?
Is there something for pain to put on them? With my first they got hard as rocks and were actually more painful than my episiotomy. 
Can I use nipple creams? Any advice? Thank you!

The engorgement there's nothing for apart from cabbage leaves, put the leaves in your bra 😊

Yes nipple creams or coconut oil helps.
They also sell these pads that you can freeze or heat for soothing. I know Avent has them and Lansinoh.
Breast milk helps with the cracking.

Mine didnt hurt much to dry up..i used  frozen bags of peas when i needed it and mine dried up in less then a week and a half or so..i know it wasnt bad ...my doc told me to not take hot showers..at least dont face them..and try not toexpress milk.as your body will produce more cause your body produces whats needed for baby. .it worked for me with both pregnancies
