What can you not live without?

So I always see posts on here about "what items do you not need when baby gets here" and the like.  I want to put a spin on this...what can you ladies absolutely not live without? Obviously you need cribs, car seats, diapers, wipes, etc. And go!

The Pocket Nanny timer was a lifesaver those first few weeks. Time blurs with no sleep so it helped me know when things needed to happen.

A nose freida! Sooo much better, and less painful than a bulb syringe. One of the only things I STILL cannot live without and have consistently used for years and years.

Baby wrap.  Wish I had a wipes warmer because lo screamed at diaper changes.  Gas drops and baby Tylenol.  Socks, long and skinny to stay on.  Hand sanitizer
