Post ectopic advice

I had an ectopic pregnancy 3 months ago at 6 weeks and had to have keyhole surgery. My partner and I are trying to conceive again but I was wondering if anyone has had keyhole for their ectopic and then gone on to have a full term pregnancy? If so how did the first few weeks of your pregnancy feel...Did you have pains earlier than normal etc? I just want to know what to expect when we hopefully conceive again.
