What does it mean?

What does it mean when your baby is measuring less than your due date at around 30 weeks? I had measurements done the other day and although the dr didn't mention anything to me I saw on the screen that my baby was measuring like 29. Does it mean she'll be born late or does it mean she's just small ? I'm confused lol

Doesn't mean anything, I was measuring two weeks behind apparently, but I had my son a week early and he was 7lbs 13oz, so much for being two weeks behind😂

A week out is nothing 3 either way is considered normal.

Has nothing to do when she will be born. Being measured only a week difference doesn't mean much. I was measured right on every time they measured and I had my son a week late at 9.2 pounds when they told me he would be around 8 pounds. Unless its big difference in measuring you shouldn't worry.

By that point, your due date is still your due date. My doctor doesn't shift it for anything at this point (I'm 30 weeks). It moreso indicates that the baby may end up being smaller, and in rare cases that the baby stops growing regularly, you may be induced sooner. Babies go through growth spurts, though, so I wouldn't worry so early. My baby was behind at 28 weeks (measuring 27) and ahead at 30 weeks (measuring 31).
