I'm nervous, confused and freaked out need answers!? please...

So in the 14 of October I took a pregnancy test and it was a negative. So everything it's good. 

Then on the 15 of October i didn't start my period. But on that same day my partner and I had sex and the condom slipped off and he cum inside of me. We got kinda scared but then he decided to buy me the "take action morning pill", and I drink it 14hrs.later. Then after 10days I began to had a brownish discharge and then it was bright red I still have it. I went to the doctor and he found a yeast infection. So I search what was a yeast infection and it says it could be a sign of been pregnant! Could that be true?? He draw blood test and everything it's good. It's only a yeast infection. And now my breast are sore, my lower back hurts a lot, very moody, love foods that I didn't like before, nausea and vomiting, fatigue need to take naps in the day to keep up with stuff, headaches and mild cramps still. 

So my question is could I be pregnant even if I took the morning pill after 14hrs. after having intercorse? Or what could it be... I only need your advise please. Thank you for your patience and have a wonderful day ladies! 💁💕🙏🏻🌺
