Butt acne...

Lately my bum has been covered in zits... I shower 1 to 2 times daily.. I not big on panties unless period is in town. My body soap hasnt changed... I am extremely self conscious.. Even more so cause hubby loves my bum.. And to me a pimply bum isnt cute... Does anyone have advice on how to get rid of this?? I recently had the mirena inserted.. Its a thought as to why i have this but im not sure.
