I would definitely give your OB a call. Extreme swelling can be a side of preeclampsia.

Honestly we see this a lot in the L&D department. It is pretty normal. Don't let people scare you. You eat too much salt. This is from an over abundance of sodium and not enough water. If you have any other symptoms with the swelling such as headache, brown urine, blurred vision, then that is when you need to be seen immediately. If swelling is your only symptom then during some more water and relax. Bring it up to your ob at your next appointment but this is quite normal.

I would say to go to the doctor to make sure your okay, I know it's really  hard to stay away from the salt because alot of women crave it..but I would just try to limit  the salt intake & drink alot more water

Invest is some good pregnancy support hose, they have them on Amazon but make sure you get them that have enough pressure like 25 because I bought a pair that were loose like regular nylons. Believe me this will help a lot and also drink lots of water, try to avoid salty foods, and when you get home elevate your legs.

Everyone is different but I'd say it's normal at least in my case. I've had it with my previous pregnancy and now have it again. I work 12 hours nights and my legs swell up just like yours, my right one usually looks bigger as I have some spider veins there and twisted my ankle months ago. Usually the swelling improves by their time I've had a good sleep. However if you're worried ask for advice as you don't really want to be stressing yourself.

I would get checked. I know everyone's different, but I didn't get swollen from my feet and hands till 2-3 weeks before my 40th week. Not to mentioned I had gained 56lbs.

For me that would be not normal. But after three pregnancies to term I know what's normal for me and what's not. Also, I am a stay at home mom so towards the end I'm not on my feet for long periods at a time.

I would definitely get it checked out-- they will likely check your blood pressure. Mine didn't do this until about 3 weeks prior to my due date, and I had gained 60 lbs.
