Heartbroken

My boyfriend of almost a year just all of a sudden out of the blue broke up with me yesterday i have never felt this kind of pain ever in my life he used to talk to me about our future our kids our house our animlas he gave me a promise ring and eveything we were the happiest couple i had seen we delt with fights well and always made up but suddenly when i was at his house on friday we were fine laughing kissing cuddling when all of a sudden he didnt know if he loved me anymore so i sat with him on his bed talking to him about this trying to work trough it he said he needed some so i said ok then I'll leave u alone for the weekend and message u on sunday sunday came around and i messaged him he was at this point still sending me xs after every message so i asked him whats happening and if we should meet up and talk so we meet up half way between our houses i was told by him to bring all of his stuff so i did plus the promise ring he gave me we seen each other and i had to control myself from not crying he tried to give me a hug but i said no tell me whats going on and he said im breaking up with you i instantly starting crying and felt my heart rip in half i said ok then well i have some stuff here for you and passed him the promise ring and he replied with oh no u keep it its yours i said i dont want a broken promise and he said no babe its yours which hurts so much i said please dont call me babe after u just broke up with me and said just take it he looked at it for a moment and put it in his bag with a few other of his things i asked why this was happening he told me i cried some more and then said ok sorryy bye and walked away calling my mother to come and pick me up as i had walked to see him can any ladies out there give a girl some advice on how to deal with losing someone you loved so purely and for so long please it would really help a lot xx
