not good in the hood

Alright I have just noticed today that my clitoris is red and itchy and also hurts to touch. I noticed it while attempting to get all the toilet paper off of myself, which is another problem. What brand of toilet paper won't flake off and get all over me? Also what is going on with me? Could it be irritation from all the toilet paper buildup or is there something larger at hand?
