onwards and upwards

I was due to go for another scan on Friday to see if the baby had made any progress. Last night I suffered with severe cramps, a tonne of bleeding and lost 4 massive blood clots. I spent well over half an hour sat on the toilet just continuously bleeding. In my mind I have had a miscarriage. There is no way the baby would survive that. Do I go to the hospital now and ask for a scan or just wait until my scheduled scan on Friday? I need some advice. Please help!
