Can getting pregnant lower immune system?

We have been ttc since Sept 22nd I've had a cold that I can't shake for a week and a half is it possible that pregnancy lowers immune system? I've also had left and right side cramps some lower back aches nausea sore boobs and heavier cm. I don't get pms symptoms so this is off work me I am 8dpo
