It's been over 2 weeks since the unprotected sex and no since of octobers monthly flow. There was a little spotting a week after the sex but it didn't even last a day and wasn't normal for me. Do I wait and see if novembers flow comes?

It depends on when your last period was, not when you had sex.  If it's been a full calendar month (30 days) since your last period and your period is a no-show, you can go ahead and test.

Try testing now. I've had positives 9 days after sex. And the spotting could have been implantation bleeding.

When are you due in November? The day of your period is a good day to test. I got a positive the night before. Some women don't get positives till after their missed period.
