I need some words of encouragement

I am going crazy. Last week I had some bleeding. Last wed to be exact. Went to the hospital and everything checked out fine. My doctor had me come in Friday for follow up labs as they said at this stage hcg levels should double every 48h. They didn't quite double but they did raise. I had more bleeding Friday evening. It's never a lot. It only lasts about 2 hours and that's it. They moved my first prenatal appointment up to go ahead and get ANOTHER US. I have been so sick for the last 36 hours. Three up last night but can't shake the nausea feeling. I am scared. I'm nervous. I don't know what to do. Ha anyone else gone through similar experiences and can give any words of encouragement or anything? I'm just so scared.
