TMI warning!! What is this?

So yesterday I had this feeling (like when you put a tampon in wrong and you can feel it when you sit down) and I felt like I had to push something out but it went away.... and today I went to pee and when I wiped there was this. I had to wipe many times before it was all out/gone. When I looked into the toilet there was another quarter sized glob in there... now I am experiencing cramps. Anyone else have this... should I be worried? (36 weeks)
