food poisoning
Just had a bby 3 weeks ago & just caught food poisoning yesterday from Popeyes . I literally can't keep anything down not even water & I also have diarrhea. I don't want to go to the er bc I'm afraid they'd keep me & I'm breastfeeding my bby . What can I do ?
