I'm nervous

Me and my boyfriend had sex about three weeks ago before my period came and he came inside of me. My period came like two days after that but it was really light and lasted three days my doctor said it's normal because I'm on birth control but I'm nervous cause I been feeling sick the pass few days. I told my boyfriend and he thinks I'm being paranoid because I often do feel sick. I need help she I be nervous .
