I've been having trouble tracking my cervical position as well as the cervical mucus because I'm new to it and still don't understand what is high versus low and what is sticky versus creamy. This led me to looking for information and advice on how to better tell. I found a post with lots of information and photos and thought I would share it incase any of you are new to it or need so advice too.
